Vendor Application & Market Rules

Interested in being a vendor at the South Hadley Farmers’ Market?

We are currently accepting applications for new vendors for our 2017 market!

First, please read the 2017 Market Rules.

Then, please fill out this form entirely. Once notified of your acceptance, you will need to provide a $25 registration fee, a signature stating that you’ve read the 2017 Market Rules, as well as copies of liability insurance and any health department permits for your farm/company. (See Market Guidelines for details on these requirements.) All partners in a company must be disclosed and all products you are selling must be listed.

Preference will be given to vendors who participated during the previous year’s market. New vendors will be accepted on the basis of meeting eligibility requirements and on the needs of the Market for variety and balance in product. We encourage applications for guest vendors from artists, producers with highly seasonal products, and others who can attend only occasionally or for a portion of the season.
